In the splendid Iannella winery in Torrecuso (BN), among the beautiful Falanghina vineyards, the Assoenologi Campania Seminar “Enology & Technology Today” was held.
Our company together with Prof. Marco Esti, Professor of Oenology Department DAFNE University of Tuscia, presented the results of the experiments carried out with our Multifunctional Winemaker Onda ® (technology 4.0).
This was followed by a talk by DNAPhone Ltd. which presented its tools for color analysis.
The day continued with a guided tasting of wines produced with Onda® and a pleasant evening with friends.
