WAVE WINEMAKER: NEW INSTALLATIONS
We went to the province of Salerno to install and test, in a new winery, 2 80-hl Onda winemakers, 2 30-hl white wine fermenters, a 10-hl isothermal tank for tartaric stabilization, and several always-full model tanks.
